Murdoch in the News

Caution is advised when referencing these news articles. Many unfortunately contain factual errors and inconsistencies that would take too much time to try to individually address. Most, in their attempt to find a 'headline' assume that First Officer Murdoch has been incorrectly portrayed as shooting passengers and then himself and that there is no evidence of this. However, unprejudiced research, as detailed in other sections of this website, reveal that it seems quite likely an officer did shoot passengers and himself; it is only his definite identity that is unknown. And at present there is no evidence that can prove that William Murdoch was not that officer.
